How does Fragrance Effect Emotion?

 Perfume is a powerful force. It can be used to influence a situation one way or another.

Women have used it for years and most women know the power of persuasion that fragrance can exert on the psyche of another person. A good fragrance can often be the turning point for a relationship, job interview or other event.

The right fragrance can be used to uplift the personality, relax the subject who smells it, touch on personal feelings of love or sensuousness,  and relax customers in department stores and cause them to spend money more freely.

Fragrances also give us impressions into the personalities of other people. People who wear oriental fragrances are often associated with having social status or class because these fragrances are heavy and pungent.
